Conveyor Type 395nm UV LED Curing Light Source

1.The conveyor belt made of Teflon material is resistant to high temperature and friction

2.Using automatic control system, easy operation to improve efficiency

3.The irradiation intensity can be adjusted 0-100% as required, the irradiation time is always bright or the curing can be completed within the countdown (0-300S), and the speed of the conveyor belt can be adjusted

4.The irradiation mode of the unit can be set as required (Steady On Mode / Sensor Mode)

5.The height of the light source can be adjusted according to the size of the product

6.The equipment at 10mm irradiation distance out of the intensity up to 3000mW/cm2 (Tested be UV Meter LED)
